Remember just a few things to make sure everything goes smoothly
The longer you can stay off the carpet the better, at least 2-4 hours. If you walk on the carpet prematurely, the stains can return. The optimal drying temperature is 70 degrees or higher, with constant circulation.
Any small furniture that was removed from the carpet should remian off the carpet for at least 24 hours. Metal furntiure can leave rust stains if placed on a wet floor.
